Shipping Policy

Domestic and International Shipping

We ship to most destinations worldwide. Some products are subject to shipping restrictions and may not be available for delivery to certain international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 4 days of placing your order, provided all items are in stock. Many orders are shipped sooner.

If an item is out of stock, dispatch may be delayed by approximately one week. During busy periods, including new product releases and holidays, please allow a few additional days for processing.

Shipping Locations and Delivery Times

We offer shipping from warehouses on the U.S. West Coast and in China, with both options available. Currently, all orders are dispatched from China. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 7–10 days within China and 2–3 days to the U.S., depending on your destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress. Transit times and routing are managed by the shipping carrier.
